  • Chop and crush dried black beans and chilli. Add them to the pork ribs. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil, steam the pork ribs over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the green onion into smaller pieces.
  • Sprinkle Green onion on the pork ribs and steam for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve with rice. (Optional)
