How To Make Creamy Strawberry Gelato at Home with Just 4 Ingredients!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 300 g Strawberry
- 360 ml Heavy cream
- 180 ml Whole Milk
- 200 g Sugar
Instructions
- Mix strawberry and sugar together. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Put the mixture to food processor, and puree.
- Transfer the puree to a mixing bowl, and add milk. Mix until combined.
- Add heavy cream, and mix.
- Churn the ice cream in the ice cream maker. Follow the settings of your ice cream machine.
- Transfer the gelato in a freezer-proof container, and chill for a minimum of 4 hours. (Best overnight)
